Super sub Jess Park scored twice against her former club as Manchester United came from behind to beat Everton in the first-ever WSL game at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
More than 18,000 fans were in attendance to see the historical contest, as United extended their unbeaten start to the league campaign.
Those there would've been fearing the worst as Marc Skinner's side dominated the early exchanges, but after missing several golden opportunities to take the lead, they were punished by Honoka Hayashi who smashed home from close range to become the first woman to score at the new stadium.
It set things up for a fairytale debut for the hosts, who had only won once in the WSL prior to kick-off, but off the back of their own history-making win in midweek, United turned on the style.
Melvine Malard equalised at the second time of asking just after the hour mark, before Hikaru Kitagawa turned into her own net to complete the comeback.
Substitute Park completed the rout, combining brilliantly with Ella Toone to condemn her former club to defeat and hand her current employers a well deserved three points.
The victory sees United consolidate second place, two points behind leaders Chelsea after their 1-1 draw seven days earlier.

WSL leaders Chelsea equalled the second-longest unbeaten run in the competition's history with a 1-0 win over Tottenham at Kingsmeadow.
Keira Walsh's thumping shot just after the hour was enough to extend the Blues' streak to 31 games without defeat, matching Man City's run between May 2015 and May 2017.
They are now just three games from beating the outright record of 33 they set themselves between February 2019 and January 2021.
It was one-way traffic, for the most part, from the very start and, by the break, Chelsea had enjoyed 70 per cent possession, taken 13 corners and attempted 15 shots, generating an Expected Goals figure of 1.06.
Tottenham were spirited in defence, constantly putting their bodies on the line to limit the Blues to just a single shot on target in the first half, despite their overwhelming dominance.
But their resolve was finally broken after 61 minutes, when Walsh hit an unstoppable shot past Lize Kop from 20 yards.
That was enough on the day, but on another, Spurs might not have got off so lightly.

Arsenal ended a run of three games without a win in the WSL as they beat Brighton 1-0 at the Emirates.
Renee Slegers' Gunners had drawn with Man Utd and Aston Villa, and lost to Man City across the last month - a dip that followed two wins and nine goals scored in the first two.
Arsenal might have had an early goal had it not been for the alertness of Chiamaka Nnadozie, who tipped a Katie McCabe cross onto the crossbar.
They did break through after 15 minutes, though, when Olivia Smith attempted a square ball, only for it to hit Marisa Olislagers, wrong-foot Nnadozie and trickle over the line.
The hosts did not have a shot between the 19th and 53rd minutes, but they should have added another just before the hour when Smith and Frida Maanum had efforts blocked inside the six-yard box.
Shortly after Daphne van Domselaar's diving save denied Carla Camacho an equaliser, there was a break of around 10 minutes, with Brighton's Maelys Mpome eventually stretchered off after being caught square in the face by Caitlin Foord's cross.
Substitute Stina Blackstenius went close to putting the result beyond doubt on three occasions, but it did not matter in the end as the Gunners held on.

Aston Villa and Leicester City played out a goalless draw at Villa Park in their Midlands derby clash for the second season in a row after the home side squandered a series of clear-cut chances in the first half.
Villa forward Ebony Salmon was particularly wasteful after failing to get the better of Foxes goalkeeper Janina Leitzig on more than one occasion, with the German doing well to stand up and make a series of impressive blocks.
And the longer the game went on, the more the visitors grew in confidence, so much so that Rick Passmoor, taking charge of Leicester for the first time since being appointed permanent manager, may have even been disappointed his side did not steal all three points.

West Ham remain rooted to the foot of the WSL table after London City Lionesses beat them 1-0 at Hayes Lane.
It was the Hammers' sixth straight league defeat this season and eighth in succession overall, after they lost the last two in 2024/25.
With 20 minutes left of what had been a close match, West Ham goalkeeper Kinga Szemik delayed on the ball in the six-yard box as she looked to play out from the back, which allowed the alert Kosovare Asllani to dart in and take possession before tapping into an empty net.
The Lionesses have won three of their first six top-flight matches.
